Islanders Cheer 2026

Middletown Islanders Cheer is a youth program for athletes ages 5–13 that focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and spirit in a fun, safe, and structured environment.

Participants learn age-appropriate cheer skills including motions, chants, jumps, basic stunting, and routines while supporting their football teams and representing the program with pride.

Our program emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, and positive attitude both on and off the field. Safety is a top priority, with trained coaches following Pop Warner guidelines to ensure proper technique and progression.

Above all, Islanders Cheer is about creating a supportive environment where every child can grow, have fun, and be part of a team.

FOOTBALL

Middletown Islanders Youth Football is a community-based Pop Warner program dedicated to teaching young athletes the fundamentals of football in a safe, structured, and positive environment.

Our program serves children ages 5–13, focusing on skill development, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship both on and off the field. We are committed to creating an experience where every athlete has the opportunity to learn, grow, and build confidence while competing at an age-appropriate level.

Safety is our top priority. All coaches are certified through USA Football and Pop Warner, and we follow strict guidelines to ensure proper training, conditioning, and player protection.

More than just football, the Middletown Islanders emphasize character, leadership, and respect. We believe in developing not only better athletes, but better individuals.

It takes a village—and we are proud to be a program built on strong community support, dedicated volunteers, and families who believe in the mission of youth sports
